Is there a 3 day right of rescission in California after listing a property for sale with a broker? - property listing software

I wonder if this law journals in California. I have doubts about the inclusion of a property. I listed a property, but should be lifted, was two days.

is a no-no if you go with someone else. and could be in hot water. You can adjust the price upward or downward at any time, you may want. If they bring someone to your house to collect the money and risks will be responsible for the commission.

Call your agent and let him know that you have had a change of heart! Not good for three days in an ad. A good broker will help you in the contract and especially if they do not register themselves. Be Be honest, but to other agents to register operators go, that's another story would be.
